At Let’s Par-Tee, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the information below regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges for merchandise purchased through our website.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Exchanges are accepted for sizing or fit issues, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Limited or special edition items

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email admin@letspar-tee.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for the return or exchange

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Let’s Par-Tee is not responsible for items lost during return shipment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
