The Let's Par-Tee Experience

We handle setup, hosting, and breakdown from start to finish.

Our team arrives an hour before event time, sets up a fully equipped, professional-grade mobile golf simulator at your venue, and operates it for the full event. All we need is access to power.

Available for corporate events, trade show activations, and private parties across NY, NJ, CT, and surrounding states.

Space needed

Indoor: Bay size is 10' x 10' x 10'. Plan for 2 feet of ceiling height above the bay, 4-5 feet of clearance on each side, and 6 feet in front for swing radius.

Outdoor: A flat surface and access to a power source. No ceiling height restrictions.

Logistics

Group Size

We can accommodate any group size, from parties of 25 or fewer to events of 100 or more.

For larger groups, we may recommend running two bays side by side to reduce wait times between swings. The right setup depends on group size, event length, and format.

Duration

We recommend a minimum of 4 hours, which gives guests enough time to fully enjoy the simulator. Most events run around 4-6 hours, but we're happy to go longer.

What’s included

Equipment drop-off and setup, an event team to operate the equipment for the full event, and breakdown and takeaway. We provide right-handed and left-handed clubs, plus junior sets on request. Bringing your own clubs is welcome too.

Whether your guests are seasoned golfers or picking up a club for the first time, Let's Par-Tee delivers an experience that works for everyone. We offer three distinct formats depending on what your event calls for.

Challenges - The most social and high-energy format. Guests compete head to head in Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Target Golf, and Skills Challenge. Fast-paced, competitive, and entertaining. A strong fit for trade shows, corporate activations, and larger parties where guests can jump in for a quick swing without a long wait.

Course Play - For the golf enthusiasts in the room. Guests choose from over 43,000 real-world courses and play a full 9 or 18 hole round on a simulator that tracks over 15 ball and club metrics with three high-speed cameras. Ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, carry distance, club face angle — every shot analyzed in real time with the kind of data serious golfers appreciate.

Tournament Format - Take your event to the next level with a fully managed bracket-style competition, ideal for corporate tournaments and private parties.

Any skill level can play. We've hosted first-time swingers and

regular golfers side by side. No golf experience required.

    Your Dedicated On-Site Team

    Our team is with you from setup to breakdown for the duration of your event. We manage all the technology, assist guests, run challenges and tournaments, and make sure everything runs exactly as planned. Your guests experience the simulator. We handle everything else.

    Full Equipment Provided

    Clubs, balls, and everything needed to play comes with every rental. Guests who prefer to use their own equipment are welcome to do so. Our setup is designed to be ready for your guests the moment they walk in.
