Go to our Book an Event page, pick your date and event length, and answer a few quick questions about your event. We'll send your custom quote within 48 hours. Your date is confirmed once you approve the quote and pay the deposit.
At least 7 days before your event. Popular dates go quickly, so earlier is better. You can request dates up to a year out.
Every event is quoted individually based on event length, location, guest count and setup. Requesting a quote is free.
Not yet. Your request holds the date while we prepare your quote. Pay the deposit by the date on your quote to confirm. If it isn't paid by then, the hold is released.
The deposit is 25% of your quote, with a $200 minimum. It goes toward your event total, so you never pay it twice. The balance is due 48 hours before your event.
Example: on a $1,200 event, you pay $300 to book and the remaining $900 two days before.
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and debit or credit card. Payment details come with your quote.
Delivery, setup, an event team to run the simulator for your whole event, and breakdown and takeaway. We bring right- and left-handed clubs, plus junior sets on request. You're welcome to bring your own clubs too.
We recommend at least 4 hours so every guest gets plenty of time to play. Most events run 4 to 6 hours. You can choose 4, 6 or 8 hours, or request a custom length.
Any group size, from 25 or fewer to 100 or more. For larger groups, we may recommend two simulators side by side to cut down wait times.
No. First-time swingers and regular golfers play side by side. Choose from challenge games like Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin, full rounds on real-world courses, or a tournament format.
An area about 13 ft wide by 13 ft deep, with at least a 10 ft ceiling if indoors, plus clear access to bring equipment in.
Yes. We need a flat surface and access to power. No outlet nearby? We bring a generator; just let us know ahead of time.
Our crew arrives at least 45 minutes before your start time to set up, and that setup time isn't counted toward your booking. We stay on site for the full event and handle breakdown after.
You can reschedule once at no charge, to any available date within 6 months. Your deposit carries over.
If you cancel 14 or more days before your event, we refund everything you've paid, including the deposit. From 7 to 13 days before, we keep the deposit and refund anything else. From 3 to 6 days before, 50% of the event total is owed. Under 72 hours, the full total is owed.

For outdoor events, we'll make the call with you 24 to 48 hours before. You can move the setup indoors or under cover if the space works, or reschedule with everything you've paid credited for 12 months. If no new date works, we refund your payments in full.

Yes. Ask about event photography and custom branding or signage when you request your quote, and we'll include them.
