1. Acknowledgment of Services

I understand that Let’s Par-Tee ("Company") is providing a mobile golf simulator experience, which includes setup and use of:

  • Golf simulator system

  • Projection screen and projector

  • Power equipment

  • Golfing equipment (e.g., clubs, balls)

  • Set-up frame, flooring, and trailer (if applicable)

2. Venue Conditions

I acknowledge that the golf simulator may be set up indoors or outdoors, depending on the event venue. I understand and accept the additional risks associated with varying surfaces, lighting, and environmental factors.

I agree to follow all instructions provided by Let’s Par-Tee staff regarding safety procedures, boundaries, and appropriate use of the equipment based on the venue conditions.

3. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in golf simulation activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury from swinging golf clubs

  • Falling, tripping, or slipping on various surfaces

  • Equipment malfunction or failure

  • Exposure to weather (in outdoor venues)

  • Injury caused by other participants

I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while participating.

4. Release of Liability

In exchange for being permitted to participate, I agree to release and hold harmless Let’s Par-Tee, including its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all claims for damages, injury, or loss, including death, arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. Alcohol Disclaimer

I understand that consuming alcohol or being under the influence of alcohol or other substances may impair judgment and physical coordination.

If I choose to consume alcohol at an event where Let’s Par-Tee is present, I agree that I do so at my own risk and assume all responsibility for any injury or damage that may result.

Let’s Par-Tee reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who appears impaired, in the interest of safety for all participants.

6. Equipment Responsibility

I agree to treat all Let’s Par-Tee equipment with care. I may be held financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional acts.

7. Fitness to Participate

I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating safely. I have no medical condition that would prevent safe use of the golf simulator. If unsure, I will consult a healthcare professional prior to participation.

8. Photography/Media Release (Optional)

Let’s Par-Tee may take photos or videos during the event for promotional use.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the event is held. Legal claims must be filed within the proper jurisdiction of that state.

10. Severability

If any part of this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in effect.

11. Acknowledgment and Signature

By signing below, I affirm that I have read and understood this waiver in full. I voluntarily accept the terms and agree to release Let’s Par-Tee from liability.
