Event Booking Policy

These terms apply to golf simulator events booked with Let's Par-Tee. For merchandise purchased in our shop, see our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Quote requests
Submitting a request holds your date while we prepare your quote, which you'll receive within 48 hours. A request is not a confirmed booking. If the deposit isn't paid by the date on your quote, the hold is released.
Deposit and payment
Your deposit secures your date and goes toward your event total. It's 25% of your quote, with a $200 minimum. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
Example: on a $1,200 event, you pay $300 to book. The remaining $900 is due 48 hours before.
If you need to cancel
14 or more days before your event: we refund everything you've paid, including the deposit.
7 to 13 days before: we keep the deposit and refund anything else you've paid.
3 to 6 days before: 50% of your event total is owed.
Less than 72 hours before: the full total is owed.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule once at no charge, to any available date within 6 months of your original date. Your deposit carries over. If a rescheduled event is later cancelled, cancellation terms are based on the original event date.
Emergencies
Emergencies happen. If something serious comes up and you can't make your date, even inside 7 days, we'll move your event to any available date within 12 months at no charge.
Weather (outdoor events)
If weather makes outdoor play unsafe, we'll decide with you 24 to 48 hours before your event. You can move the setup indoors or under cover if the space meets our requirements, or reschedule with everything you've paid credited for 12 months. If no new date works for you, we'll refund your payments in full.
If we have to cancel
You choose: a full refund of everything paid, or a new date at no cost.
Space and setup
We need an area about 13 ft wide by 13 ft deep, with at least a 10 ft ceiling if indoors, plus clear access to load equipment in. We bring a generator if there's no outlet nearby; just let us know ahead of time. If the space doesn't match what was described when booking, we'll adapt where it's safe to. If we can't set up safely, the event is treated as a cancellation by you.
Event time
Your booked time starts at your event start time. Our crew arrives at least 45 minutes before your start time to set up, and that setup time isn't counted. Extending on site may be possible if our schedule allows.
Equipment and safety
Guests must follow our staff's instructions while using the simulator. The client is responsible for damage caused by misuse, beyond normal wear.
